The administration of Duplilumab decreased serum levels of IgE and IL-4 in the HDM-induced asthma model. In addition, less PAS staining of lung tissue were observed in Duplilumab treated animals compared with G1 vehicle group. Data is expressed as Mean ± SEM. The administration of Duplilumab to HDM-induced asthmatic mice ameliorated the cell counts of eosinophils and interstitial macrophages in the lung tissue while only ameliorating the cell counts of eosinophils in circulating lung blood. G1: Vehicle; G2: 25mpk Dupilumab; G3: 25mpk test article (TA). Data is expressed as Mean ± SEM.
